  • How far in advance should I book?

    For large full-service catering events recommend booking at least 2 months in advance if possible, especially for popular dates. But even if your event is just a few weeks out, give us a call and we'll try our best to accommodate you! Our Causal Catering menu requires at least 72 hours.

  • Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    Of course! We can modify any menu to accommodate vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and any other dietary needs your guests may have. Just provide a headcount and details.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 30 days notice to cancel and receive a full refund. Anything after that, we'll refund 50% of your deposit. We understand issues come up though - just give us a call and we'll work with you!

  • Do you provide staff or do I need to hire separately?

    We have an experienced service staff that we provide as part of our full-service catering options. We'll determine the number of servers and bartenders needed based on your guest count and handle that staffing for you.

  • How do you handle leftovers after an event?

    For any unused food, we can package it up for you to take home or make other arrangements if you prefer. We'll discuss these options when finalizing menus and estimates.

  • Are there any hidden fees or charges?

    We're upfront about all catering costs and will provide a detailed quote outlining all fees and charges so there are no surprises. The quote covers food, rentals, staffing, taxes, fees, and gratuity.

  • Do you handle the rentals too - tables, chairs, linens etc?

    Yes, we can arrange all your rentals and even deliver and set them up. Just let us know what you need and we'll take care of the rest, so you can relax and enjoy your party!

  • Can I provide my own alcohol?

     While we'd prefer for you to use our extensive drink offerings, we can accommodate special selections provided by you. Just let us know in advance.
