Our wood-fired pizza oven is stoked with local, sustainable wood, at a hot 700+ degrees. Our dough is made fresh daily with yeast that we cultivate on-site. Our fresh mozzarella is made daily on premise & our hand cut toppings create a pizza unlike any other. 


All of our sandwiches, burgers, and salads are made fresh to order with only the best ingredients. We let our chefs create daily specials and really cut loose when we host monthly wine or beer pairing dinners.
